The Fox Guild is FINALLY allowed to reopen!

Your salon experience will look and feel different for the next foreseeable future. Although this seems like a LOT to take in, please know that this is hopefully temporary, and the importance of practicing these new guidelines is IMPERATIVE to the health and safety of everyone in our community, and to make sure businesses are allowed to remain open.

Abiding by these regulations is mandatory, and services will not be provided to any guest that refuses to comply.

To help prepare you for your scheduled appointment, below is a list of notable changes, and detailed information to reference BEFORE you arrive for your service. More information is available under the “Covid-19 Safety Protocol” tab, and must be viewed prior to your appointment.

  • Only existing clientele will be accommodated at this time.

  • Appointments will be scheduled in order of cancellation starting 03/10/2020.

    • Please note close to 200 appointments are in queue to be rescheduled before I will schedule any NEW appointments.

    • If you are unable to wait for an appointment, I understand, and suggest being accommodated elsewhere in the interim.

    • I am only able to schedule a few appointments per day as new safety and sanitation requirements add extra time to each service both before and after, and I am woking at a much lower capacity, so scheduling will take time.

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please give at least 24 hours notice so I can fill the opening with another client in queue..

  • If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, and/or you do not call or show up at all, you will be billed for the entire scheduled appointment time. There are no exceptions.

  • The salon will look different. The waiting area is partitioned off, no waiting in the salon is allowed currently. In order to maintain a safe and healthy space, any furniture and decor that cannot be sanitized is temporarily in storage.

  • The salon will be cleaned and disinfected prior to each appointment.

  • The salon will be kept at a temperature that will allow for comfort and ventilation while operators and guests receive services wearing required PPE. Please dress accordingly to make sure you are comfortable. Please note, personal belongings must be kept to the absolute minimum during your service to minimize the spread of germs.

  • If under ANY circumstance, you feel sick, or have been potentially exposed to anyone who may be sick, DO NOT come in for your appointment. Respectfully and promptly communicate with me BEFORE you arrive. This is a ZERO tolerance policy, and contact tracing is being done by our governing bodies. It is extremely important to understand that I am putting myself at risk to be able to keep my business open, and accommodate all of my amazing clients. The health and safety of all of us is incredibly important.
